Take 2 Glasses of water in a bowl. Keep 2 spoons Ragi powder & some jaggery handy. Smash the jaggery in small pieces. Switch on the Stove and place the bowl with water on the stove. keep the bowl on the stove till the water starts boiling. pour some water in the ragi powder and make the mash out of it. while mixing the water see that the powder is mixed nicely with the water without forming any lumps. If required pour some more water and make the mash nicely. Now you can see the water on the stove has become hot and started boiling. Now mix the ragi mash in the boiling water. If any ragi is left out in the small bowl, then pour some more water in the bowl and mix the same in the boiling water. Now stir the mixthre of water and ragi mash nicley. see that no lumps are formed. There will be more fiber in ragi java. Its useful for the persons suffering from sugar. From the age of 1 to any aged people can have this ragi java. stir the java nicely, see that there is no lumps formed in it. you will get cold if you have the java in the morning. Stir the java nicely. you can see the java is getting boiled. Hence you can switch off the stove. Add 3 spoons of jaggery, if required you can add some more as per your taste. After adding the jaggery stir the mixthre nicely till the jaggery gets dissolve in the java. You can have the java only once the java gets cool. Hence keep the java aside for getting cool. You can serve the java once the java gets cool.
